Can we use external dataset or transfer learning?

Hi Team, please clarify on, are we allowed to use external dataset, or use preexisting models like velocityGPT.

You can indeed use external datasets to help train your model of choice. You can use preexisting model architectures, foundation models, or create your own new architecture if you choose.
