Cant find utils.py or requirements.txt

Hi, I downloaded all the zip data folders but couldnt find the utils.py or the requirements.txt files.
Where did you guys get these files from?

You can also find the utils.py file on our GitHub repository for the challenge, or in the top level directory of the zip file with the starter notebook.
