Is there a way zip np arrays I think the way im doing it wrong. The zip file size was under 500kb but each np array was 11 mb I think because of this im not getting a good score

If you are uploading your files and getting a score then your format is correct. You should think about your model architecture and possibly more training time to increase your score on the test set for this challenge.
