Scoring Algorithm Failed

Hi,

I am trying to submit my predictions for stage 2. First, I tried submitting my model’s predictions in the same format as sample submission - this did not work and yielded a “scoring algorithm failed” error.

After checking to make sure all details of the sample submission matched with my submission, I was perplexed and so I submitted the literal sample submission. This also failed…

Does anyone know what is going on with this?

Just now, we just submitted the sample submission for Phase 2 and received a score. Please try again with your submission.

If you receive the error, please send your submission to support@xeek.ai, and we will evaluate it on the backend.
